UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
Take into Consideration
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition.
Any opened and/or used items are not eligible for return except for product defects.
Returned items must be free of physical damage and in its original packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc).
Please note that MIIIW provides warranty service to customers who need assistance with our products, so you can rest assured that you will receive the support and help you need if any issues arise.
- Please contact our Customer Service Department via email at email@example.com, and include your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- All returned products must be in the original packaging. Include all accessories (cords, adapters, accessories, product manuals, and any documentation received) and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless there has been an error that is MIIIW 's responsibility.
- To complete your return, attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you are shipping items over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase.
RETURN WITHOUT RMA
Any return without a valid RMA will not be refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Items ordered online from MIIIW.COM that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to MIIIW by creating a ticket at: miiiw.com, scroll down, click on "contact us," and then click on submit a support ticket, or by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHEN WILL A REPLACEMENT BE SENT?
If you need to return an item for a replacement, the replacement will be sent after we receive the returned item.
Replacement items are generally sent out within 5 business days and typically arrive in 14 business days. However, due to many countries’ COVID parcel shipping restrictions and quarantine practices, we cannot guarantee the arrival time of your products. Please note, we try to ship out your items as soon as possible, once the parcel has left our warehouse, shipping time is completely out of our control.
We do our best to ensure that all orders reach customers as quickly and accurately as possible but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes there may be delays with certain orders.
If an order is taking longer than usual, we will make sure to keep our customers updated on the status of their order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days (a certain amount of days).
If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If purchased via other payment methods, such as PayPal or bank transfer, we will make the refund directly to your PayPal or bank account.
Refunds are limited to the amount paid, shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
The availability of the returned funds depends on the policies of the payment provider.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use, and damage.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Duties are non-
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, they are final sale.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
